RETURN POLICY

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 28 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we will need your receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will be charged a maximum of one shipping fee (including restocking fees); no restocking fees will be charged to the consumer upon return.


Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receipt and inspection of a returned item, we will send you a receipt notice via email. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of the refund. If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missed Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, refunds can take a while to officially arrive. Then contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before the refund arrives.
